Open Homes

You will be welcomed at the open home and invited to have a relaxed inspection of the property. We will ask you for details so we can communicate all necessary information throughout the campaign.

We will provide you with any information available about the property itself and provide you with all relevant documentation. We will make all sales data available to assist in assessing market value.

We will not mislead you about value. In fact, we will provide, where possible, the most current market information to assist buyers.

Auction Preparation

Prior to the auction, you can expect assistance throughout the entire process. This includes a written explanation to be sure that you know what to expect on auction night.

We will extend an invitation to other auction events me may be running so that you get a feel for the process.

We will provide you with all relevant documentation prior to auction to keep you well informed. This includes a Contract of Sale, Property Disclosures, Building and Pest Inspection Reports (if available), Sales comparisons and a property floor plan and brochure.

Finally, you can expect the opportunity for a pre-auction meeting with the Listing Agent and/or Auctioneer to answer any queries you may have.

We will not mislead you about value. In fact, we will provide, where possible, the most current market information to assist buyers.

We aim to exceed all expectations through diligence and providing buyers with the best possible service. This includes:

  • Invest time in to the right property for you.
  • Keep an open line of communication with your agent.
  • Do some due diligence around value. We will provide you with as much sales information as possible to assist.
  • Talk to your financier, and start the approval process. Notify them when the auction is to ensure ample preparation time.
  • Arrange for a building and pest report if not already completed.
  • Deposit and settlement may vary from auction to auction. If you need flexibility on the terms, talk to your agent. Often the seller will accommodate.
  • Ensure you attend other auctions to get a feel for the process.
